Ritch Wheeler is a dedicated leader and community servant with deep Texas roots. A proud Baylor graduate, US Veteran, and lifelong Texan, Ritch is also a committed family man, devoted husband, and father of three amazing boys.

Roadway Improvements
In November and December 2024, Precinct 3 completed several intersection improvements along westbound Woodlands Parkway between Kuykendahl Road and FM 2978 to enhance traffic flow.
In the upcoming year Commissioner Wheeler will focus on road improvements to enhance safety, reduce congestion, and improve overall travel. These updates are based on the needs and priorities voiced by residents, and we’re committed to making our streets safer and more efficient for everyone. Stay tuned for more details!
Local Recycling Facility
Every month, an average of 400 gallons of paint are processed at the Precinct 3 Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 1122 Pruitt Road
