Montgomery County 2025 Road Bond – Precinct 3 Projects

Published On: April 11, 2025Categories: News and Updates

Montgomery County voters will consider a $480 million Road Bond on May 3, 2025, aimed at improving transportation infrastructure across the county—with $120 million dedicated to Precinct 3. Importantly, this bond will not result in a property tax rate increase. The bond includes major road and mobility improvements such as the construction of a new four-lane Townsen Boulevard, the third phase of widening Robinson Road, replacement of the Sawdust Road bridge, intersection enhancements in The Woodlands, upgraded traffic signals, pedestrian safety improvements, and the replacement of aging pavement and shoulders. Several projects are supported by outside funding sources, helping stretch local dollars further.
