New Senior Center Planned for Montgomery County Precinct 3

Montgomery County Precinct 3 is moving forward with plans for a new 8,000-square-foot senior center on county property near Pruitt Road and I-45, as reported by Community Impact.
The dedicated facility is expected to include activity rooms, a kitchen, dining space for up to 250 people, a porch, green space and a covered drop-off area. The center will provide seniors with a consistent location for activities, communal dining and other programs while helping reduce scheduling conflicts at the Kevin Brady Community Center and Library.
Construction is tentatively expected to be completed in spring 2027. Although the center will be located in Precinct 3, seniors from throughout Montgomery County will be welcome.
